Accident On Sprain Brook Parkway Near I-287 Ties Up Traffic

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway resulted in stop-and-go traffic Wednesday morning.

The accident, between Route 100C and the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287), was reported at 9:15 a.m.
