Accident Causes Heavy Delays At Interchange Of I-287, Hutch

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- An accident on eastbound I-287 caused heavy delays late Thursday morning.

The accident, at the interchange of the Hutchinson River Parkway (Exit 9), resulted in backups extending more than a mile.

The accident occurred around 9:15 a.m.
