A Look at What's on the Agenda in White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- It'll be a slower week at City Hall since only two boards meet. Here's a look at what will be discussed:

- The Design Review Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers. The board will consider the White Plains Hospital's plan to attach a temporary banner to the outside of its 41 E. Post Rd. location, Pepe Infiniti's application to build new roof top units above 300 Central Ave., and requests to replace six gas pumps with two new pumps and refinish the exterior of buildings located at 457 to 475 Mamaroneck Ave. The full agenda is available here.

- The Common Council will hold a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday in City Hall. The French-American School of New York, which seeks to build a $60 million campus on the former Ridgeway Country Club, will give a presentation. Then the planning commissioner will discuss the revised scope for the proposed Open Space Recreation District, which also includes the former Ridgeway Country Club property and the draft environmental impact statement that outlines what locations and concerns should be studied before a decision is made about the recreation district or FASNY.
