White Plains Hospital Welcomes Singapore General Hospital Staff
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A group of administrators from Singapore General Hospital, the largest, publicly funded hospital in Singapore, spent the morning at White Plains Hospital on Oct. 22nd to study and tour the two-story Flanzer Center for Emergency and Critical Care Medicine.
