In New York, White Plains resident Chuck Barringer has created lighting displays on his property for 10 years, the New York Times says.
The display is called the North Kensico Christmas Light Show. “We noticed people started coming to see the house about seven years ago,” he told The New York Times.
The display includes a broadcast of a soundtrack of Christmas carols on an FM radio frequency to drivers that visit. Neighbors too have made their own displays synchronize to Barringer's music, the article says.
