WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Dozens of artists displayed their work at the 53rd annual White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival on Sunday.

The White Plains outdoors art festival is an all volunteer organization dedicated to raising college scholarship funds for selected White Plains high school seniors who will be continuing their education in the arts.

The Outdoor Arts Festival is committed to providing a free cultural event for the people of the community, exposing them to the many forms of fine arts and crafts, as well as encouraging emerging artists by providing them an opportunity to display their arts in a public setting.
