How Long in Business: 43 years next month, owned by Mike Fiorentino. (With plenty of help from family members.)
Known For: Several "specialty" slices including two named after Fiorentino's daughters, Monica and Danielle. "Pizza Mo" includes pesto, arugula, walnuts, cranberries, fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. "Pizza D," short for Danielle, features pesto with fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Also popular are healthy salads, penne with vodka sauce and Barese-style pizza. (fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes and seasoning.)
Key to Success: "Loyal, longtime customers, catering to new business in White Plains and hard work," according to Ralph Fiorentino, Mike's brother. Also, using high quality ingredients and really caring about the pizza.
