Bourdain Picks New York's Pier 57 For Giant Food Hall

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Bourdain Market, celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain’s huge food venue, will be in Pier 57 at West 15th Street and the Hudson River, according to a report in Business Insider.

The market house 100 vendors and will feature “design inspiration from Blade Runner and the back alleys of Tokyo,” according to the report.

The food hall will take up the entire retail part at the 560,000-square-foot Pier 57, according to Business Insider.
