“Getting these vaccines can help keep you and your family stay healthy this year,” County Executive Rob Astorino said in a statement.
The health department clinics will offer:
- Free flu vaccines to residents age 19 and up.
- Free HPV and meningococcal vaccine for college students.
Residents who are uninsured or whose insurance doesn’t cover vaccines also may receive:
- Zoster vaccines for ages 60 and up to protect against Shingles
- Flu vaccine for children ages 6 months through 18 years
- MMR for residents age 19 and up, which provides protection against measles.
Supplies are limited.
Clinics will be:
- Feb. 6 and Feb. 20 at the White Plains Clinic, 134 Court St. Call 995-5800 to schedule an appointment
- Feb. 13 and Feb. 27 at the Yonkers Clinic, 20 S. Broadway, second floor, Call 231-2500 for an appointment.
