The program aims to provide patients with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions as to what level of post-surgical rehabilitation is appropriate for them; how to advocate for their choice of facility and how to navigate through a complicated and ever-changing landscape of medical insurance and coverage.
“Patients often have questions about what to expect after their surgery and what types of rehabilitation are available to them," Denise Cronin, RN, director of patient screening said. "Our team will outline the major levels of rehabilitation options available to patients and discuss how patients can choose the appropriate rehabilitation level for them."
Seating is limited and registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Cronin at (914) 597-2519 if you wish to attend.
