White Plains Chefs Gear Up For Hudson Valley Restaurant Week

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Braised short ribs with sweet potato purée and brussels sprouts, along with a veggie chowder stuffed with butternut squash bisque, roasted root vegetables and mustard seed are some of the options available at 42 The Restaurant during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.

The promotion starts today and lasts through Nov. 16 and features prix fixe, three-course lunches for $20.95 and dinners for $29.95 (beverage, tax and tip not included).

Other participating White Plains restaurants include Benjamin Steakhouse, Gaucho Grill, Morton's Steakhouse, Sam's of Gedney Way, Sapori Italian Restaurant, Sofrito, and Taleggio.
