Westchester County Association To Honor Two At Annual Dinner

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The Westchester County Association is set to honor two local leaders at its 2013 Fall Leadership Dinner in November.

The annual leadership dinner is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. ,Nov. 14, at the Hilton Westchester in Rye Brook, according to a news  release. The association will honor two "visionaries who moved their organizations forward and had an impact in Westchester County," according to the release. Jon B. Schandler, White Plains Hospital chief executive officer and Joseph Simone, president of Simone Development Companies President, are the honorees. 

Schandler will receive the leadership award "for advancing hospital care, design, and technology that have improved the quality of care for thousands," according to the release. Simone will receive the leadership award for "his foresight in constructing office buildings in Westchester and New York City to accommodate 21st century medical and technology needs," according to the release.

Tickets are $295 for members and $350 for future members, according to the release.
