WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Whether you prefer it spicy, mild, yellow or brown, Saturday is the day for Westchester residents to pay homage to one of America's favorite condiments, mustard.

National Mustard day has been sponsored by the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, Wis. since 1991 and has always been celebrated on the first Saturday in August.
