There will be a "Halloween Tricks and Treats" event from 5:30-8:30 p.m., Thursday, at the park off Mamaroneck Avenue.

Goblins, ghosts and witches will haunt GIllie Park and city residents can celebrate this bewitching holiday in a safe, fun, festive atmosphere. There will be music, games. magic, refreshments and plenty of treats for all.
