Casino Night In White Plains Supports Y, Performing Arts Center

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The White Plains Performing Arts Center and the White Plains YMCA will host Casino Night on Saturday April 9, to support both organizations.

Casino Night will be held at the former Legal Seafood Restaurant at 5 Mamaroneck Ave., at 7 p.m. Casino games are available all evening with the Poker Tournament beginning at 7:30 p.m. Guests can play craps, roulette, blackjack and slots and win great prizes while helping the White Plains organizations. For those "high rollers", a No-Limit, Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament will also be held.

"We are so excited to be co-hosting this fun, fundraiser with the White Plains Performing Arts Center. It's collaborations like this, between local non-profits, that help bring our community together and make it stronger. Together we can build a better us,'' said Cindy Rubino, CEO of the YMCA of Central & Northern Westchester. 

John J. Ioris, President & Chairman of White Plains Performing Arts Center said: "We are excited to join the White Plains Y for an evening of fun and games, but more importantly to raise money for two worthwhile organizations that are helping White Plains to thrive."

Admission is $100 which includes $200 "funny money" to use at all the casino games and $200 to join the poker tournament. Tickets can be purchased at www.wppac.com or by calling 914-328-1600. 

At the end of the evening, cash in your winning tickets for a chance to win great prizes. The $200 Poker Tournament admission price includes $2000 in tickets with the opportunity to re-buy and add-on during the tournament. The winner of the poker tournament wins a cash prize.
