Children are welcome into the workplace on Thursday for the 23rd annual Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work day, launched by the Ms. Foundation.

On April 28, over 37 million people in the United States are expected to participate in the event, according to the Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Foundation.

President Barack Obama wrote a letter of support for the day, stating "In showing these young people a multitude of career paths and the importance of public service, we offer them the chance to ignite their passions and broaden their horizons."

The Take Our Sons And Daughters To Work Day Foundation is sponsored by Hewlett-Packard, the National Endowment for Financial Education, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America and many more.
