Toys R Us is closing its flagship store in New York City's Times Square at the end of year, according to reports.
Toys R Us spokeswoman Alyssa Peera told Business Insider that the beloved toy store which features an indoor Ferris wheel, a life-size Barbie dollhouse, and a giant Tyrannosaurus Rex dinosaur, will not renew its lease.
The store, which opened in 2001, will officially close on Dec. 30, said the Business Insider.
A company spokeswoman told Business Insider that they are searching for another space for a store in Manhattan.
