Teen Charged With Murder For Fatally Shooting 18-Year-Old In Hudson Valley A teenager from Westchester has been arraigned on murder and other charges for his role in the shooting death of 18-year-old Marilyn Cotto Montanez in April. Yonkers resident Jamir Thompson, 15, was arraigned on Wednesday, June 5 on charges that include second-degree murder, attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and grand larceny, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced.
