'Sexually Violent' Offender Reports Move Into Goshen
A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of raping a 13-year-old girl has reported an address change in Orange County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 46-year-old Devon Brown, who has moved from the New York State Department Of Corrections and Community Supervision's Cape Vincent Correctional Facility to an address on Valley View Road in Goshen.
