A wanted fugitive suspected of gunning down a Maryland judge in his own driveway has ties to New York. Pedro Manuel Argote, age 49, is the primary suspect in the killing of Washington County Circuit Court Judge Andrew Wilkinson, who was shot multiple times outside his Hagerstown, Maryland home on Thursday night, Oct. 19. A reward has been issued for a known member of the Hell’s Angels outlaw motorcycle gang that operated out of the Hudson Valley.
