Deyshanna Hamilton, 31, of Middletown was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 12, for an assault that allegedly occurred on Sunday, Nov. 8, in Middletown, said State Police Trooper Steven Nevel. Orange County Man Charged With DWI In Route 17 Stop An Orange County man was busted with a blood alcohol content nearly quadruple the legal limit after crashing into another driver on Route 17 in Mamakating. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a stretch of Route 17 on Wednesday night, where there was a report of the crash.
