Spackenkill Names Arlington HS Principal As New Superintendent A familiar face has been chosen to take over the helm of the Spackenkill Union Free School District. Former Spackenkill High School Principal Paul Fanuele has been appointed by the Board of Education to take over as the district’s new superintendent.
