Day 4: Latest Update On Central Hudson Power Restoration In Orange County Nearly 85 percent of the 74,000 customers of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation impacted by Tuesday’s damaging storm have had power restored, following a restoration effort to clear trees, open roadways and repair the electric system.  Approximately 13,000 outages remain in nearly 400 individual damage locations, primarily in heavily impacted areas of southern Dutchess and northeast Orange counties, where excessive tree damage remains a concern.
