Hudson Valley Prison On Lockdown After 24 Hours Of Violence A Hudson Valley correctional facility is on lockdown following 24 hours of violence.  The Dutchess County facility, Green Haven Correctional, located in Stormville, was placed on lockdown after the violent 24 hours on Wednesday, Oct.. 4, said Daniel Martuscello, Acting Commissioner of the State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.
