A registered sex offender convicted of sodomizing a pair of boys under the age of 11 has reported a move in Orange County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 48-year-old Karl Schroeder, who has moved to a residence on Cacchiholli Court in Highland Mills.
