24-Year-Old Sentenced For Stabbing Death Of Another Rockland Man A 24-year-old Rockland man has been sentenced to 22 years in prison for the brutal stabbing death of another man during an argument. Jose Alejandro Icu-Madrid, of Spring Valley, was sentenced on Tuesday, Feb. 4, for the death of Jairo Danilo Sandoval del Cid, on Feb. 20, 2019, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E.
