Pickup Truck Crashes Into River On I-84 In Orange County, Seriously Injuring Driver A Hudson Valley man is recovering from serious injuries after allegedly driving his truck into an area river. The incident took place in Orange County around 8:15 a.m., Monday, Oct. 23 on I-84 in Maybrook. Trooper Steven Nevel of the New York State Police said Jean P.
