Bergen Traffic Stop Leads To Drug, Weapons Charges For Man A routine traffic stop in Hackensack led to the arrest of a wanted Jersey City man who was in possession of an illegal, loaded gun and heroin. An officer from the Hackensack Police Department on patrol on Wednesday, Feb. 14 stopped 30-year-old Henry Mays for a vehicle and traffic violation involving faulty equipment. During the subsequent stop, it was determined that Mays did not have a valid New Jersey driver’s license.
