Man Well-Known In Rockland Who Ran Own Landscaping Business Dies At 28 A well-known Hudson Valley man who died at the age of 28 is being remembered for putting a smile on everyone's face. Rockland County resident Michael Harris, of Nyack, died at Nyack Hospital on Saturday, Jan. 27, after a tragic incident, according to his obituary.  Harris was born on Sunday, Feb. 12, 1995, in Suffern. His obituary said he was a very loving and caring person. "He truly had a heart of gold. Michael was always looking for ways to help the people he loved most." Former Area HS Sports Standout Dies At Age 54 A former high school sports standout in the area who went on to play at the collegiate level has died at age 54. Christopher Peter Sennas was a 1985 graduate of Nyack High School, where he earned All-County and All-Conference honors in lacrosse. He graduated from Roanoke College in 1989 where he was a four-year member of the men’s lacrosse team and a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
