The incident happened around 5 p.m. Sunday,  Jan. 22 outside Sam's Club at 333 Saw Mill River Road (Route 9A) in Elmsford. Brooklyn resident Tony Mauro, age 41, was sentenced to 10 years in state prison following the incident at Royal Coach Lines' Greenburgh bus depot about three-and-a-half years ago. Westchester County District Attorney Mimi Rocah announced that White Plains resident Price Rogers, age 51, has been sentenced to 12 years in state prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision after being convicted at trial for his role in the 2020 stabbing. Frank Cavaliere died at MidHudson Regional Hospital on Saturday, Feb. 5, according to his obituary.
