26 Charged In 'Hot Lunch' Drugs, Guns Takedown In Region A food truck is at the center of a significant drug and gun takedown in the Hudson Valley that resulted in 26 arrests. The 26 were scooped up as part of a six-month-long investigation by numerous agencies throughout the Hudson Valley, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.
