The first stop took place in Orange County around 4:15 a.m., Sunday, May 14 when troopers from the Montgomery barracks observed Tito Vinza-Vinza, age 38, of the city of Newburgh, drifting into the opposite lane. Three-Alarm Fire Destroys Old Newburgh Lumberyard A three-alarm fire in Orange County destroyed three building of the old Newburgh lumberyard in addition to damaging two other buildings, according to the Newburgh Fire Department. Fire Chief Terry Ahlers said the department received the first call on the fire at located at Carpenter Avenue and First Street, around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday and the first crews arrived on scene within about two minutes.
