Slobodan Todoric, a 30-year-old Spring Valley native, now of Wayne, in Passaic County, New Jersey, was released with pre-trial monitoring, among other conditions, following a first appearance before a judge in Central Judicial Processing Court in Paterson on Tuesday, May 11. Woman Accused Of Assaulting Child In Area A woman accrued felony charges for hitting and verbally abusing her child on numerous occasions in the area, said police.  Crystal Whyble, of LaGrange, 28, was charged with the felony of second-degree assault and the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child on Tuesday, Oct. 6.  The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office and the county's Child Advocacy Center had been investigating Whyble's treatment of the child after the latter group was notified that the child was injured Friday, June 26 of this year. New York State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a wanted woman on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child and failing to appear in the City of Peekskill Court to respond to the charge. Lauren DeHaynes, 31, also found herself in hot water in northern Westchester last year, when she was taken into police custody for using stolen credit cards that were taken from a vehicle in Cortlandt.
