Six Dutchess Residents Who May Have Had Contact With Ulster Covid-19 Patient Isolated Six Dutchess County residents who may have had contact with the middle-aged Ulster man who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been isolated, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro said. The Ulster man, a resident of the Town of Rochester, became the first person in county to test COVID-19 positive, it was announced on Sunday, March 8. He and a family member are both in mandatory isolation.
