The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to residents in Orange County regarding the residency of 55-year-old Jetson Wilson, who has reported a move from Thompsonville Road in Thompsonville to a residence on Route 209 in Cuddebackville. Port Jervis Building Inspector Charged With Sexual Abuse, Forcible Touching Port Jervis officials have announced that the city's building inspector has been arrested for alleged sexual abuse and forcible touching.  David J. Rivera, 39, of Port Jervis, was arrested on Thursday, April 11, by the Port Jervis City and Deerpark Town police departments following a joint investigation into allegations of inappropriate sexual contact, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.
