'Sexually Violent,' 'Predicate' Sex Offender Reports Move In Newburgh
A registered "sexually violent" and "predicate" sex offender convicted of sexually abusing a 24-year-old woman has reported a move in Orange County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 69-year-old Charles Muenster, who has reported a move from New Windsor to Broadway in Newburgh.
