ID Released For Hudson Valley Woman Struck, Killed By BMW The woman killed late Friday afternoon after being struck by a BMW in Hartsdale has been identified. The crash occurred in front of Petco at 324 Central Ave. in Hartsdale between Dalewood Road and Battle Avenue at approximately 5 p.m. on Friday, Greenburgh Police Chief Chris McNerney said. Police officers came upon the unresponsive woman lying in the roadway of the northbound lane. $10 Million Richer: Hudson Valley Man Wins On Lottery Scratch-Off Ticket One lucky Westchester man is $10 million richer after purchasing a scratch-off lottery ticket.  The man will be identified at 1 p.m. Friday when he picks up his giant check from the New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega at the store where he purchased his ticket, lottery officials said. The Westchester County resident won his prize on a $10,000 a Week for Life scratch-off ticket that he purchased at A-Plus on Central Avenue in Hartsdale. The lucky guy opted to take the full pay-out of $10 million.
