Felon On Parole Busted Driving Stolen Vehicle While Drunk, Police Say A 49-year-old man was nabbed by police after he was allegedly caught driving a stolen vehicle in the area. Carlton R. Woods, of the City of Poughkeepsie, was arrested around 5:50 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 11, after Town of Poughkeepsie Police officers observed a vehicle matching the description of a stolen vehicle which had been reported in the City of Poughkeepsie, said Capt. Michael O’Dowd.
