Police Cruiser Hits Woman In Hudson Valley A police cruiser accidentally hit a woman in Westchester County, police said.  On Wednesday evening, Nov. 30, police in Yonkers were on their way to back up other officers calling for help when one of their police cars struck the woman at the intersection of Ashburton Avenue and Palisade Avenue, according to Yonkers Police Department Detective Lt. Teen Arraigned On Murder Charge In Shooting Death Of Area Resident A months-long investigation into a fatal shooting in Westchester last fall led to the arrest of a teenage suspect who was arrested and charged, authorities announced. First responders were dispatched to the Triangle Deli on Ashburton Avenue in Yonkers at approximately 9:35 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020, where there was a report of a man who had been shot inside the store.
