26 Charged In 'Hot Lunch' Drugs, Guns Takedown In Region A food truck is at the center of a significant drug and gun takedown in the Hudson Valley that resulted in 26 arrests. The 26 were scooped up as part of a six-month-long investigation by numerous agencies throughout the Hudson Valley, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. The Dutchess County Drug Task Force initiated "Operation Silent Night" in early October in an attempt to aggressively investigate and arrest drug dealers before the holidays. According to Det. Sgt.
