Details Released On Crash That Caused I-684 Closure, Serious Injuries To Three Children Details have been released following the serious New Year's Day crash that caused the hours-long closure of a stretch of I-684 and in which three children were seriously injured, two of whom were ejected from the vehicle involved. The crash happened northbound on Wednesday, Jan. 1 at around 11:10 a.m. in Bedford.
