51-Year-Old Area Man Charged With Possessing Child Porn A 51-year-old man is behind bars after being charged with possession of child porn, police announced on Wednesday. The New York State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force forwarded several tips to Investigators at the Wappinger barracks on Monday, Sept. 17 regarding the possible possession of images containing the sexual performance of a child.  Continued investigation led to the arrest of on Wednesday of Alfred Tchorznicki Jr. of Beacon.
