A pair of area teens were charged with criminal mischief for damaging the windows of numerous area businesses and vehicles, according to the Port Jervis Police.
Police said the teen damaged at least 13 windows in stores and vehicles throughout the city on the evening of Jan. 13.
An investigation led to the teens, ages 16 and 17-years-old, who were arrested on Tuesday and charged with multiple counts of felony criminal mischief, police said.
Their names were withheld because of their ages.
Both were arraigned in Port Jervis City Court and released to their parents.
