Local Man Found With Loaded Ghost Gun In Region, Police Say A local man is facing a felony charge after police say he was found with a loaded ghost gun in Northern Westchester. After receiving information developed by the Westchester County Real Time Crime Center and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Safe Streets Task Force, New York State Police said on Saturday, Oct. 8 that an investigation discovered the man was in illegal possession of a fabricated 9mm pistol (ghost gun) and ammunition. 21-Year-Old Charged After Stolen Car Recovered In Region A 21-year-old man was charged after police said he was found driving a stolen car in Northern Westchester. Angel Gomez, of the Bronx, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 21, for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, according to New York State Police. Officers responded to a stretch of Route 9 in Peekskill near the intersection of Welcher Avenue at approximately 9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22, where there was a report of a road-rage incident between two vehicles that resulted in shots being fired.
