On Saturday, April 30, several law enforcement agencies around the Capital District took part in National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. The annual partnership between local police and the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) provides safe locations where people can properly dispose of unwanted prescription medications. Damaged Fuel Line Cited As Cause For New Paltz's Tainted Water Environmental officials have identified a damaged fuel line as the likely source of contamination of the water system in the Village of New Paltz.
