Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Entering Locked Animal Shelter To Retrieve Dog, Police Say A 20-year-old man was charged with trespassing after police said he entered a closed Hudson Valley animal shelter to retrieve his dog. In Rockland County, an employee at Hi-Tor Animal Care Center Inc. in  Pomona discovered on Saturday, Sept. 17, that one of the dogs that was lodged at the shelter was missing, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Office The dog was lodged at the shelter on Friday, Sept. 16, after the animal was found wandering unattended in Ramapo, authorities said. 22-Year-Old Pickup Truck Driver Charged With Randomly Shooting Vehicles A Rockland County man has been arrested for allegedly shooting out the windows of more than 20 vehicle windows and two store windows. Ramapo Police said the incident took place on Friday, Nov. 6 in the Village of Airmont. According to police, when officers arrived on the scene they found that several vehicles had their windows shot out with a pellet gun.   Witnesses reported that a suspect driving a red pick-up truck was believed to be randomly shooting out the windows on parked vehicles.  An investigation into the incident found a total of 20 vehicles were damaged and, two…
