Crash Leaves Hudson Valley 32-Year-Old In Serious Condition A 32-year-old man is in serious condition following an early morning crash in the region. The collision occurred in Dutchess County in the town of Fishkill around 6 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 7 in the area of Route 9D and I-84. According to the Town of Fishkill Police, officers responded to the area after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting a car versus a pedestrian crash. School Threat In Area Deemed Unfounded, Police Say A threat against a Hudson Valley middle school caused an area-wide lockdown of schools and a large police response. The threat took place in Dutchess County on Friday, Feb. 24 at the Rombout Middle School in Beacon. According to Det. Sgt. 11 Charged In Area DWI Detail Authorities have just announced the results of a special multi-agency holiday DWI detail in Dutchess County. Police Searching For Armed Bank Robber In White Truck Police are asking the public for help locating a man who allegedly robbed an area Trustco Bank at gunpoint. The robbery took place in Fishkill around 11:59 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 29, when the man walked into the bank at 1545 Route 52 and demanded money while using a gun, said Town of Fishkill Police Lt. Paul Schettino. The man, described as being a white man wearing a black hoodie and mask, got away with cash, Schettino said.
