Man Transported Prostitutes To Hundreds Of Clients In Hudson Valley Village, Feds Say A driver for an alleged Queens prostitution ring busted by the FBI had nearly 400 clients in his cellphone for a town in the Hudson Valley. Teodoro Rojas Lopez, who was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 3, was a driver and coordinator for the large-scale ring that supplied mostly Mexican and Latin American women to clients in the Village of Brewster in Putnam County, according to a criminal complaint.
