Know Her? Woman Accused Of Passing Counterfeit Bill In Ulster County Police are attempting to identify a woman who allegedly used a counterfeit $100 bill at an area market, according to state police. The woman purportedly used the counterfeit bill in Ulster County at Tantillo's Farm Market in Gardiner at approximately 3:36 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 14. The bill's serial number was "LE09714562E," and police said it has also been used in Orange and Dutchess counties.
