Man With 29 License Suspensions Nabbed In Hudson Valley Driving Again, Police Say A man whose license had been suspended 29 times on nine occasions was allegedly nabbed again for driving without a license in the region. The man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation following a stop in the town of Ulster on Wednesday, Oct. 25. According to Chief Kyle S. Berardi of the Ulster Police, Kyle Godin age 32 of the city of Dunkirk in Chautauqua County, was stopped around 1:43 a.m. on Washington Avenue for a routine traffic infraction. Man Charged With DUI After Telling Officers He Had Been Drinking, Police Say A 31-year-old man with a suspended driver's license was arrested after injuring himself in a car wreck and admitting that he had been drinking alcohol to responding officers.  Greene County resident Eric W. Duncan, of Catskill, had extricated himself from his damaged vehicle before emergency services arrived at the scene in the vicinity of 104 Malden Turnpike in Saugerties at 9:02 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 17, according to Saugerties Police.  Duncan was charged with the misdemeanor of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed for speeding.
